Due to the current nature of our made-to-order items (no matter the product status), ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. NO STORE CREDIT. Should any changes to our policy be made, customers will be updated.
We do not accept returns, and exchanges of equal or greater value are subject to approval, provided the item is ready to ship and available. Exchange requests are due within 10 days of delivery and require the return of the original in original packaging and condition.
Refunds are subject to approval should Chenae' B. Designs be at fault.
